at St. John's Lutheran Church

Worship each Sunday in Advent at 10:30 a.m. at our church!

Advent means "coming" and is a time of preparation, anticipation and expectation of Christmas where we celebrate that Jesus, God's son, was born into our world.

Ann's Closet 38th Annual Toy Giveaway: we give away new and gently used toys. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: to secure a reservation, please text your full name, address and phone number to 667-381-9005

December 16, Saturday at 7 p.m.

Come and enjoy the sounds of the season at our annual Christmas Cantata featuring our Adult Choir, Hand Bells, Children's choir, worship band and more...
Admission is free, but we will collect canned goods to restock our pantry after our holiday basket distributions...Immediately following the performance there will be a Christmas Dessert Social in the Fellowship Hall with a surprise visit from a man dressed in red!

December 17, Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

During our worship service the youth will be acting out the nativity story!

December 22, Friday at 7 p.m.

Grinchmas Whobilation Party and Movie Night with games and treats.  Bring a blanket to watch the movie with friends and family.

Christmas Eve Worship Services

December 24, Saturday at 4 p.m.

This service will be using the traditional liturgy service. We will gather in the church to celebrate the birth of God’s Son, our Savior, Jesus. Join us as we sing the carols of the season, receive the Sacrament of Communion, and light our candles, remembering that Jesus is the light of the world.

This service will be using a contemporary liturgy service. We will gather in the church to celebrate the birth of God’s Son, our Savior, Jesus. Join us as we sing the carols of the season, receive the Sacrament of Communion, and light our candles, remembering that Jesus is the light of the world.

No Christmas Day Services

Please go and spend time with your families and friends remembering the birth of Christ!
